    Hi E-Jo,

    Things are not that straightforward. The project is big and the problem may
    be related to some parts that seems quite unrelated. If you feel there is
    some error in MFC part, could you please construct a new small sample to
    illustrate it and email it to us? We will check it and contact support team
    after we reproduce it.

    The package we got currently is a product project. In order to isolate the
    problem, we need to code review and debug it. That is why I suggest you
    contact professional support, since that is the correct source for you. If
    you are in Empowerment program, I think you should have some other benefit
    such as consulting and etc. Please call your Microsoft contact and ask them
    what the most efficient way is for you to get support.
