Is fatal error C1067 still a problem in VC++7.1?

fatal error C1067: compiler limit : debug information module size exceeded

We are still getting this error with VC++7.1. The documentation does not say
that this bug applies to VC++7.1. Can anyone confirm that this is still a
problem with the new compiler, or am I missing a setting. The documentation
I'm referring to:
