SAPI question
Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry
Hi guys,
I'm playing now with microsoft SAPI voice engine and as I see the quality of
voice is not good, sound robotic.
Can somebody advise if based on that engine is it hard to develop better
quality
voice system? What it take to do so?
