Not functional transient subscription

Transient subscription is not functional on W3K3 + SP1.
There is some corruption in registry, catalog ot something other
because when I try my monitoring application on other W2K3 server then it is
functional.
Also when I try MSDN sample ComPlusMon on this damaged system it is not
functional - after starting ComPlusMon it seems that all is OK but it does
not catch any event (OnMethodCall, OnMethodReturn, OnMEthodException)
I have tried repairing corrupted catalog by knowledge base article and SP1
reinstall but it does not help.
What can be reason ?
Or does not exist some setting in COM+ system that prohibites transient
subscriptions ?

Thanks !
Peter
