How to resolve error 0x80070725

I've built an atl service using VS .NET 2003 which has a custom COM
interface. When clients use it on Windows XP, it works fine. When it is
installed on Windows NT4 Server, a call to the interface method returns this
error code (0x80070725). The error description is 'Incompatible version of
the RPC stub'. Do I just need to install something on the NT4 machine?
