I'm having the same problem as the original poster. I'm using Win2K
with service pack 2. The code I've written works on XP without a
problem but in win2k it never receives any balloon events. is this a
known problem for win2k service pack 2?

Sorry about that, something went wrong because I was posting in response
to an old thread and for some reason it lost that post.

Maybe you have some sort of identity problem? Or is it a threading
