if your god damn notepad won't run because you have screen saver on then

I'm sorry.... could you repost? all I see is blah, blah, blah, I'm an idiot
that wants to change user specific settings and cuss in public groups, blah,
blah, blah.

How about right clicking the desktop, select Properties and set Screen Saver
= None like most users do.
