We covered some of the same things, yes. But I don't think you quite hit the
nail on the head; hence, my reply to him. Specifically, you didn't spell out
the problem with the variable being declared local in Form_Load. You just
mentioned "scope". Granted, maybe that was enough for him to find the
problem. I just stated the problem with a little more detail.
