I think his main problem is that he doesn't distinguish these three
cases:
- he knows for sure,
- he is fairly certain, or
- he is making a wild-assed guess.
For example: "A VB form is a top-level window and I am nearly certain
they don't receive focus either."
IMO you either /are/ sure, or you
- test it yourself before you comment, or
- make it clear that your comment is just an educated guess, or
- keep quiet, & read what others have to say.
