VB uses Unicode >strings< and is able to map some extended ANSI character
codes (82h to 8Ch, 91h to 9Ch, 9Fh) to the corresponding Unicode code
points of the respective Unicode code point range. That's all of VB's
Unicode support. But that's not all of Unicode...
