It's what needs to be said if they want to reestablish trust for those with whom they've
broken it. We've tried and tried for almost five years to help them see that, and gone
on-record about it the whole time. But I don't think even today their horizons extend
far enough to see the break, much less where at least 200% of the responsibility lies.
