I'm having a problem using the NetGroupAdd api in VB.NET. I'm getting
    a return value of 5 - (ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED). However I'm logged in as
an Administrator and do NOT have problems with any other Network APIs
such as NetUserAdd. I tried it on an other WinXP PC but still have
the same problem. I suspect this API Call doesn't work on WinXP.

Can somebody confirm this or tell me what can be wrong?

    Thank you.
