    Hi Michael,

The TCP connection cannot get established if the user on the other side of
the wire wants to connect me since I have a NAT sitting in front of me and
if I have to send my local IP then it would send the 192.168.x.x IP which is
of course the user on the other side wouldn't be able to connect to as it is
an internal IP so I need by global address for the other user to connect.

Oh, well on the other hand I think this proxy stuff is going to be a pain. I
thought I was able to get it working but alas now i am not able to connect.

Well, I read some info on Yahoo website that the Yahoo Messenger uses port
80 (HTTP) if port 5050 is not open any idea how and what they mean by this ?
Port 80 is HTTP and how do they make use of it ? HTTP is stateless and what
if a webserver (PWS or IIS) is running on the users pc ?

Any idea on this port 80 business of Yahoo Messenger ????? Any help from all
    the gurus here ????
