How to image processing on frames of any type of movie (vb6)
hi all;
i asked to do some pattern recognition things in movie frames, so i need
image processing on each frame of movie, i know how to get frames in AVI
movies but i need it to work with any type of movie ... is there any code or
free OCX could do that for me and how ... (VB6)
