I dont think its possible to do that, but you can try, They who did
the new Charon PDP emulator disabled RDP connections, but we run It
remote anyway as the machine itself is virtual...
So result, will never buy anything from them again, as it was an
inconvenience that RDP could not be used, and yes, a lot of users run
the PDP as normal terminal users, but the console was nice to look at
if there where a problem...

So, do you want to sell, or make trouble for your buyers?

Look, one thing is to try to overcome a technical difficulty, and other thing is philosophy about if you would do something or not.

I wouldn't help someone that is asking to do something for an evil purpose, for example to save keystrokes to steal passwords or something like that.
But in this case, I don't think the OP is asking to do something evil, it just might be inconvenient commercially and/or annoying to users, but since I don't know all the details about his software, I can't say whether it's or not. I think that not all the software is the same, not all the prices (and work involved), the target audience, etc. Many conditions vary from one program to another, so I don't believe that we can make a general rule for all and every software.

Also, I like to know how to do things in VB even if I don't need them right now, and I thought it would be good to know whether the program was operated remotely or not. Not only because the OP is asking for it now, but who knows, may be I could come across other situation where I could want to know that (but I can't imagine about one now).

I don't criticize you if you want to express that you are opposed to do this (in general). OK, I didn't say that I agree in doing what he is asking to do either. I just don't know.

> Information wants to be free, so does programs..

I don't agree at all with that.
Neither the information (not all) have to be free nor the programs.
BTW: tell me your credit card number and security code, and give me the source code of all your programs (thanks).

Why do I have to agree to your comunist ideas?
Well written programs (and documented) needs little or not support.
Of course, it takes lot of work to write such programs.

> I dont think its possible to do that,

Of course it almost certainly possible, the issue is how.
