Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I am using the swedish OE, Alternatives was kind a direct translation. For
me it is the bottom line under tools. Maybe it's Settings in english.

I have OE6 too, but under "Tools" I don't see an "Alternatives"
