Something sensible, followed by a load of rubbish!

You started off quite sensibly until you got to the point where you started your VB.Net hard sell on behalf of your puppet masters. Despite the lies you constantly spout, VB.Net and VB6 are completely different and it is no easier to move from VB6 to VB.Net than it is to move elsewhere, if moving is what the OP actually wants to do, which at the moment he has given no indication of and which I seriously doubt. Besides, you don't need to use any flavour of VB (VB6 or the imposter that you are pretending to be its replacement) in order to use DirectX or GDI+, so why don't you just ditch your Micro$oft sales patter on behalf of your puppet masters and STFU! Tit head!

Incidentally, you still haven't responded to the people who have asked you whether you are still an MVP or not. We already know that you have been unceremoniously booted out of the MVP club, as reported by a number of current MVPs, but we'd like to hear it from your own mouth. Why are you so reluctant to admit it yourself? Are you sulking?

I'll bet that you really hate those Micro$oft people right now and it must stick in your gullet to feel forced to continue to suck up to them and to pretend that you like them in the hope that doing so will persuade them to one day reinstate you. How bad does that make you feel inside, McCarthy? Be a man and stand up for yourself, sheep boy! And all for a few Micro$oft trinkets and an MSDN subscription and a couple of hundred dollars! That's all you get. There is no longer any actual kudos attached to the title because you have personally destroyed that, and in the process you have destroyed any kudos that might have been attached to what you used to be able to call your fellow MVPs. You have brought the entire MVP system into disrepute, and they have booted you out because they no longer want you, and yet you still feel the need to suck up to them in your attempts to crawl back. Ask yourself, McCarthy, is it all worth it?

You're a puppet, McCarthy. A Micro$oft controlled puppet!
