There you go again. You just don't seem to
be able to conceive of a stand-alone, owner-used
PC. What one "should" be accessing is not a relevant
concept outside of your world of sys. admin. security
concerns. What I "should" be accessing is whatever I
decide to access!

Let me get this straight ... you don't know how to access the files but think you have sufficient knowledge that you should have by default the rights to access them ?
