Be my guest, give me better examples :-)

My point is that when Microsoft do things well I'll give them the credit
that is due: Windows, even considering the known issues is a remarkable feat
of engineering, it's a miracle it works as well as it does considering the
range of hardware it's expected to work with and I give Microsoft full
credit for that, However when they screw up, for example with the botched
security model in Vista, or the excessively processor hungry alpha-blending
I see no reason to pretend everything is rosy or to pretend the problems
don't exist or to invent spurious rationales - Credit where credit is due,
Critique where that is due.
