Using MySQL from VB6?

Anyone here using a MySQL database from VB6? By "using" I mean,
creating and deleting tables (with indexes), adding, updating and
deleting records.

Is there any GOOD documentation on this anywhere? I have a section of
the MySQL 5.0 reference manual printed out (ODBC Programming). I've
also tried to adapt some stuff from a PHP / MySQL book that I have.
But neither of these go very far.

Any suggestions?
