Getting problem in paper size

i customized the paper size in setup->printer
then file-->server properties->> and i created a form
now the problem is that
if i create any size paper it shows me the same big size. what must be
problem please help me out
i want to use 8inches by 10 inches paper size in crystal report
but while printing the printing of the next continuous page goes. what
should i do??
please help me out
