There is zero interaction with end users, I get what is basically an
anonymous run time error report. The closest thing to a user
identification is the submitting IP address (which is useless except
to determine the country usually, what with dynamic IPs, dial-up,
etc.)

However, the good thing is that I think I found it... (See my other
post.)
