Out of interest, can you provide proof of your statement that VB Classic

not as widespread as it used to be?

Well, since MS stopped producing copies of VB classic, it gets harder and
harder to buy a legit copy as time passes. It's not something the market is
necessarily dictating, but MS and it's Java envy.
