Check-list to installing/running apps as non-admin?

Hello
As more and more users are running XP and Vista as non-admins (as they
should), we have to go through the way our apps are written, installed
and run.
They are VB5 applications (asking all of our customers to install the
VB6 run-time wasn't worth the hassle so we didn't bother) that rely on
some OCX's, either from MS, third-party providers or our own.
There are tons of articles on this, but has someone compiled a
check-list that we could rely on to verify what needs to be changed to
our current setup?
Ideally, they shouldn't need to be admin even to install our apps
initially, but I guess installing the VB5 run-time definitely requires
being admin.
Thank you.
