<g> I know what you mean! My client does try ot contact some of them,
those who will provide contact information, but with a demo-ware
application the installers at this stage are both anonymous and
usually not interested in persuing it much. I think their mind-set is
"It doesn't work, so why bother"...
Sometimes the provide email addresses, and we have contacted a few
(not me but my client...) but so far those contacts are very rare.
