Sorry I left that out. The problems are mainly in Germany on A4 paper.
This measures 8.26" by 11.79".
Since I'm printing landscape the A4 paper is wider than our 8.5 by 11.

I note you're code is assuming an 8.5x11 _inch_ US-standard page. Since
you say "overseas", my first thought is the paper size isn't what you've
assumed.

I personally do almost no formal printing from app's so need the guys who
do for a living to point you the right direction, but my guess is you need
to find out what you're printing _to_ and then either get the paper tray
changed to what you're expecting, or "more better" for your user probably,
adapt the output format to fit the actual size available.
