Excuse me... I thought Lazarus died a while ago. So - I guess you can
add it to the list :)

It's just a choice of an IDE where the language is Pascal and the Visual
Component Library furnishes the GUI components from Borland.

And you can't be serious when you recommend C++ as a RAD system.

Did I say C++ was a RAD system...

No Tom, but the OP, by inference, was looking at some alternative to VB and
while C++ ( hell, assembler) is an alternative, I don't think it addresses the
context very well, at lease for some of us.
