For those of us who don't frequent that NG, what's the joke here?

I don't know what DanS intended, but I suspect
he was thinking about the atmosphere in the Vista
group. It's a very unusual place, where the MVPs
are the trolls and many of the posters seem to be
there only to be adversarial. A simple question gets
co-opted into lengthy sniping. And much of the
talk is about how bad Vista is or isn't. So Paulo's
post would likely fit right in, causing a stampede of
delighted outrage among the local rabble. :)
