it a value of 0 ( zero ) or if you're running a single monitor
simply delete the nwiz.exe entry from the run key.
I don't see this issue in Vista Ultimate, but then I only have one
monitor.
IMO it's pretty bad form to suggest things like that without some sort of
verifiable source. Since it is a good suggestion (UNLESS you happen to be
using any of its features!) and a possibility that it does cause problems
(it's a well known problem, actually), I offer the following in support:

It is also possible for nwiz.exe to be a virus/malware. It should live in
windows\system32. If you find it anywhere else but there, or maybe i386, or
you don't have an NVidia card since about 2000, not sure, then I'd say,
suspect malware and start scanning.
