Hi,

I used Drwtsn32.exe to catch the error, but when error occurs nothing is
debugged no dump /log is created by Dr. Watson. It seems like the error
occurs but Dr. watson don't catch it. I have changed registry value to make
Drwtsn.exe my default debugger.

Instrument some error handling.
Install Dr. Watson, et al.
Create a debug version and invoke WinDbg.
Anyway do something to find where and what is causing the error. There is no
way anyone can help with the information provided.
