What I really don't understand is, why haven't MSFT shareholders *revolted* yet?

What *are* they waiting for?

Well, in my opinion it's already happening although fairly slowly. After
all, they've siphoned 60 BILLION USD out of our tech economy and it'll
take a while to disappear that lump of cash.

Back in March or April Goldman Sachs dropped microsoft from its list of
sure-thing buys and that is HUGE!

The rest of the world seems to be slightly ahead of North America:

I'd say it's already in progress. There is also a significant amount of
press showing that power users have already migrated to Linux in droves
leaving microsoft most of the business community. Ballmer's developers
developers developers monkey dance will ultimately prove to be about the
most prescient three words he's ever uttered, and quite possibly his
epitaph.

Hey, microsoft threw our code in the trash. Oh yeah, where can I sign
up for more treatment like that? It really really ~is~ about TRUST.

I'm fully aware of the ongoing and ever-increasing tech-sector rejection. My
question is, why haven't the shareholders similarly woken up? Someone really needs
to take this up at an Annual Meeting.
