I agree....hmmmm it is just they don't need to pay for the tools if they are from Microsoft :P they can pirate them...that's what I was told...

Personally as admintrator for our company I do not have
problem in using third party tools. Issue is with our
contracted developer.
I wonder if they think that Microsoft and its tools are infallible, or inherently more secure, or that they provide better support than the support provided by many third party developers :-)
They've got a long way to fall if they've climbed up to the top of that pole!
