You could but delphi is pascal.

For which, <ahem>, there _is_ a rote conversion utility that's nearly 100%
accurate.

The VB.NET conversion routine is nearly 100% accurate too... it just misses
"perfection" by about 80 or 90 percent.<g>

Heh, I think the Delphi one gets a *bit* closer than that. <g>
