In Windows Vista you can switch beteen users. Does someone know how I
can invoke this command with an API call?

I would be very surprised if you can. And unless it's for a company's
internal use, I doubt any customer would accept it. I certainly
wouldn't; that's virus/trojan type activity. Any program that tried it
without my permission would be immediately removed from my machine.
