plz help problem in calling crystal report 9 with vb6

Hi all,
I had a vb6 application with oracle 9i and crystal report 9. and
i had crystal report 9 installed on my pc . but when i m trying to
run
the report module through the application its not working.and in log
file its showing the following message ...

Class Crystal.CrystalReport of control CR1 was not a loaded control
class.


then i surf the net and download crystal32.ocx and tryin to
registered
that but that was not registring ... showing that its not
registrable.
plz help me what to do ....???
and plz tell me the basics or give some liks regarding using crystal
report with vb6 ......or how to use crystal report in vb6
