Thanks to all for the feedback...Especially the picture box suggestion... I
had done that years ago (made a scrolling form that is) but had since
forgotten exactly how so that jogged my memory.
I'm pretty sure my specific problem turned out to be a bug in VPC2004 (seem
to be a lot of those... I should probably start using a different Virtual
Machine software). It appears that even though I had changed the screen
resolution on the OS, it didn't properly inform the instance of VB6 that it
had increased.

I'm sure there's some setting some where that I'm missing... I've
opened a project that originally had a form designed to fit on resolution
above 800 X 600... when I opened the project and form, the form had been
made narrower for some reason. Now for some reason I can't make the form
any wider... What am I doning wrong?
Don't know if this is relivant, but this is happening in VPC.
