.. . . just a bit more info, I've just tried SHGetSpecialFolderLocation API
using CSIDL_APPDATA (&H1A) on my Vista machine (on both the admin account
and the user accounts) and it works fine. In my particular case it returns
c:\Users\User Name\AppData\Roaming, which is correct.
