VB script and GPO

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hello,
I manage a couple labs and a VB script is failing to run when a user
first logs into the machine. Simply put, if the user logs on for the
first time and doesn't have a user profile, the script fails to run.
My script is applied at the OU level through a GPO and is adding
printers for the labs. Anytime the user logs in after the first
attempt, the script runs fine and the printers appear. The problem
only occurs when the user first logs into the machine and needs to
create a user profile. Any suggestions?
Thanks.
