They have never been there in the years that I have used VB. But now,
after loading these demos, and closing them, and now opening my own
programs, they show up. I am ABSOLUTELY sure they never did before
today. I would have noticed, and been extremely annoyed. Now possibly
declarations can make them appear or not, but again, on my projects
they never have, but now without changing anything they do.

Then you are unique because they've always shown up in every project in
every version of VB that I've ever seen.

Could it be that you used a naming convention that put them at the end of
list or otherwise made them less obvious before?
