VB Error - update

An app from a developer is producing an error on my win2k sp4 sys, in that
in certain circumstances it terminates with a Second Chance Exception in
MSVBM60.dll (v6.0.97.82)
The developer is unable to replicate the problem, nor do other users see the
problem

I explicitly set DrWatson as the debugger using the i switch, and got the
notification it was set.
(The reg entries appear correct)
However after the error no DrWatson text log or dmp file is produced.
Is there anything else I can try?
