Re: setup has encounted a problem and needs to close

I have tried all of the possibilites on this link and the additional support
links found on the above link but nothing changes the problem.

Bypassing Setup.exe seems to work up to a point then, after collecting the
CD key and other information it quits with the message that the Setup Wizard
must be run first.

I have to get VB6 ported over to the new machine some how, this problem is
the darnedest thing I've ever encountered.

I you or anyone else has other ideas please let me know!
