I believe it's only the source that's made available on the web. The CD also
included some docs, small applications, and an installer or two for his
VBoost libraries. I presently do not have access to my copy of the CD to
verify this. Outstanding book though, yes?

I have downloaded the files under:
Full update of CD files (includes all fixes through May 5, 2002) bug
fixes) (1,937 KB)
But it is not clear to me if this are all the files or just updates.
Do I need to download more than this?

I am trying to setup his QuickSort routines, starting on page 236 of the
book and I am having
trouble locating the type library that holds ICallCompare.
I have e-mailed Matt Curland with the address on that website, but not
sure if he still supports this.
