And no, I don't consider that a disclaimer. The standard disclaimer is in
the readme.txt file.

I made that comment because over the last several weeks, I had removed
several outside controls to lighten the distribution package, and moved
much of that code inside the main program. Of the 4 PC's I have here they
all had this installed at one point or another for testing and I was not
sure if eveything had been removed on the uninstall operations, so when
installing the new version, if a reference had been left behind somewhere
in the code (which I did my best to verify) it woul dhave picked up the old
existing one that may have not been removed by the Windows Installer.
