Re: Beta Release, if of interest

I tried it, Very bad results with my PC. On my desktop there are only 2
things I can now do. One is Ctrl+Alt+Del and the other is right click on the
desk top, and a small popup appears with access to the desktop properties.
Everything else is gone. No taskbar, start button, icons, clock. Nothing,
just the wallpaper.
I tried uninstalling, only differance is the right click popup does not
appear. Tried re installing and configuring the program but nothing changes.
Please tell me what this program has done so that I can undo it.

Since many of you have helped me in the past year with my VB Windows
Shell replacement project, I just wanted to let you know that I released
the first beta to some shell users for testing.

I also wanted to offer the d/l link here for any of you that would like
to see what has/can been done using Visual Basic 6, intrinsic controls,
API created controls, and LOADS of API.

The zip file has a readme.txt file as well as a slim user's manual.

I'll really be somewhat surprised if this installs/runs properly for many

since have dumped some controls, and tweaked up the code quite a bit.
