Ok , I tested :-)
It printed on my HP 6P local laser
Did not print on my network printer
When you say it did not work on your network printer, what exactly do you
mean? What printer was it, how was it connected to the network and what
happened when you clicked the button? Did it not print to anything at all,
or did it print to the default printer instead of the chosen network
printer, or perhaps something else?
My networked printer didn't work either. I pressed the button, the dialog
came up, I selected my printer (which is also my default printer) clicked OK
and that was it. No printer icon came on in my system tray, there is nothing
in the print queue, my printer didn't wake up... nothing happened. If it
helps any, this is from the Properties item for my printer
Port: NtwkPort00
Description: DL TCP/IP DPU Port
Printer: DELL 3100cn-PS, DELL 3100cn
The printer is cabled (not wireless) into my Lynksys Wireless router and was
installed via software provided by the manufacturer.
