Hi Ken,
BTW, I did 4 installation and it did 4 ARP(Add Remove Program entry).
Well, now I am asking you about Installshield.
We have IS XI Pro edition. My application has Crystal Reports application
using CR XI.
While dependency scanning, IS includes CR11_NET_EmbaddedReporting merge
module. Duringbuild it asks me to add keycode value of this module which I
supplied. It builds setup with some (121) warnings. Some of them are:
ISDEV : warning -5061: The filename "C:\My InstallShield 11
Projects\Pro-1\Product Configuration 1\Release
1\DiskImages\DISK1\Common\Business
Objects\3.0\managed\managed\CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.TemplateEngine.xml"
already exists. Use the component,
"nlHelpString.DCBDC2DB_5F18_4D6E_A4CC_F923513E2A4C" Source Location property
to prevent this warning.

Use the component, "Global_VC_CPPRT60.51D569E3_8A28_11D2_B962_006097C4DE24"
Source Location property to prevent this warning.
I ignored this warnings because I can't find in setup. However, when I run
this setup on client computer, it throws error:
Error 1935.An error occurred during the installation of assembly
'BusinessObjects.Enterprise.Desktop.AppFoundation, Version
"11.0.3300.0",Culture="neutral",PublicKeyToken="692fba5521e1304"'. Please
refer to Help and S...
and did rollback installation.
When I try to create setup without including that merge module, installation
goes thru but CR did not work.
I have support with IS and they never replied me anything.
Do you know anything about this problem? Please let me know.
Thank you.
