The dependency scanner results are controlled by "INI" files that have
"include/exclude" functionality. In the long run, it's a good idea to spend
a day or so filtering out unwanted components (like OS specific files, etc)
so, eventually, you can get a trustworthy scan out of them....
Crystal Report support..... well... there should be merge modules available
in the 'Objects/Merge Modules' section.... just place a check next to the
one you want to include. Since the version I use is both much cheaper and
older than you have (I'm running InstallShield Express 3.54 here), your
dialogs will look different but they should all be there. Here, I don't have
the merge modules you'd need but while poking around their KB looking for an
answer for you, I saw that they do have several modules plus a Wizard you
can use.

add Crystal Reports to a setup package.
