I have tried everything inc re-setting the menu bar. I have...
\MSVS\VB98 in C:\ program files\.... is that okay?

Registry Editor says:

RegDLLs.reg has been successfully entered into the registry

Visual Basic then says:

"class not registered"

any more suggestions?
