Source of EXE Size

My VB6 executable file has significantly increased in size and I'm having a
difficult time figuring out where the increase is coming from. Are there
any tools out there that would help in analyzing what controls, etc. make up
the size of an executable file?

Hopefully that makes sense. Thanks for any suggestions in advance.
