If you have a colleague with an MSDN subscription, you'll find the VB6 CDs
there. Provided you have your license number, you'll be OK.

Also, escalate up to your next Microsoft support team. You imply you've
bought extended support, so open a case.

But don't be rude. You want them to help you because you screwed up and lost
the CD. Generally they will help if they feel you're being fair, honest and
polite, and will think "screw you" if you're unfair, dishonest or impolite.
